VendorWatch for AI agents

Connect your AI agent to VendorWatch so it can check a vendor before you sign, or keep your vendor records current. It asks one vendor at a time and gets the documentation facts we hold on each.

What your agent can ask

  • find_vendor: find a vendor by its exact name or website domain (free).
  • get_vendor_profile: one vendor's profile: DPA coverage by law, number of subprocessors, certifications, data locations, transfer safeguards and AI use (one lookup).
  • list_vendor_changes_since: which vendors in your VendorWatch portfolio changed since a date (free).
  • check_portfolio: a list of up to 25 vendors, one profile each (one lookup per vendor answered).

Price

  • 250 lookups for $49, paid by card. Prepaid lookups do not expire.
  • Every account has 20 lookups a month free, so you can try an agent.
  • The Monitor plan includes 200 lookups a month.
  • Included lookups are used first, then prepaid ones. A lookup is one vendor answered with its profile; finding a vendor, listing changes and names that match nothing cost nothing.

Get a key

Sign in, open API access and create an agent key under Agent keys. The key is shown once. An account can hold up to 5 active keys; all of them use the account's lookups.

Limits

At most 250 different vendors are answered per account each calendar month; vendors already answered that month stay available. Matching is exact (full name, identifier or domain), and the catalogue is never returned in bulk.
